(1) Nepal Rashtra Bank shall be designated as Fiscal Agency for the purpose of Section 1 of Article 5 of Schedule 5 of the Fund Agreement and for the purpose of Section 2 of Article 13 of Schedule 6 of the Fund Agreement. Depository has been nominated.
(2) Nepal Rashtra Bank has been nominated as a depository for the purpose of Section 11 of Section 5 of Schedule 7 of the Bank Agreement.
(3) On behalf of the Government of Nepal, all work related to receiving, using and transferring the right to withdraw special funds and other exchange transactions with funds will be done by Nepal Rashtra Bank.
